Resident Outings
- When taking your resident out of the facility, please contact us in advance so medication and instructions can be prepared for the outing. You can call 320-833-5364 ext. 26. Please stop at the Nurse’s Desk and pick up the medication, any instructions that you will need and sign the resident out.
