Reminders
- When taking your loved one out for a doctor’s appointment, please stop at the nursing desk for a list of medications and instructions to be sent with.
- Birthday Celebrations – If you would like to provide cake or treats at our coffee hour, please contact the kitchen staff. Please call Ext 20 or Ext 23
- When taking your family member out of the building for shopping or family visit please contact us in advance so we may have their medications ready to go with them and we can cancel their meals. Please call Ext 26
- For Transportation questions and arrangements to and from appointments please contact us at Ext 26. There is a fee for usage of the nursing home van.
